Our silo cleaning process
We will visit your site to assess the condition of your silos and provide a free quote and job specification. A risk assessment is then carried out by our team of specialist technicians before work commences.
We use winching equipment to lower technicians into a silo to scrape and clean away deposits. This service uses dry methods (intrinsically safe vacuum, brushes and scrapers) to clean the interior surfaces of silos. Other activities may include cleaning the silo top, sides, and other silo areas.
Our work concludes with a certification report detailing in length the work performed. You will also receive photographic evidence of the work, and if necessary, a swab test analysis to meet your environmental commitments.
